DULCE DE LECHE

Dulce de Leche is heavenly. At first glance, it looks a little like regular caramel made from heavy cream and butter, but it’s actually milk that’s been sweetened and heated for close to 7 hours to cause caramelizing to occur.

 

It's a south of the border delicacy you have got to experience! But we use local milk and have spiked it with an amazing local craft bourbon. It's beyond delicious...

 

Just pop in your mouth by the spoonful or in the microwave for a few seconds on high power.
